All grains used are naturaly grown  in the upper Himalayas
Composition apr. :   grains 50%,  (barley, wheat, rye ,amaranth )
honey  20% ,  dried fruits 15% ( dates, raisen, apricot, apples)
seeds 15%  (sunflower kernels, sesame, flax seeds )
You may eat it raw, or mix/soak in milk/water (hot or cold) , juice,  curd
