All grains used are  naturaly grown  in the upper Himalayas
Composition per 1 kg  apr. :
Grains  65% (pop Amaranth, flakes of : barley, wheat, rye )
Dried fruits  15% ( dates, apricot, apple, raisen )
seeds  20% (sesame, sunflower kernels, flax seeds,)
You may eat it raw, or mix/soak in milk/water (hot or cold) , juice,  curd
